Wyvern Industrial Technology, a leading provider of quality control equipment and services is looking to recruit a Part-Time Sales Administrator

Location: Doraville, GA (Office-based)

Hours: Part-time (Flexible, approximately 12-25 hours per week)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups with customers while keeping our sales process efficient and organized.

Role Overview

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting sales operations by responding to customer inquiries, managing quotes, following up on leads, updating CRM records, and ensuring a smooth purchasing journey for our clients. This role is office-based and will involve collaborating closely with rest of the team to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Communication & Follow-ups: Respond to inbound customer requests, follow up on leads, and provide updates on quotes and orders.
  2. Point of Contact: Serve as a primary contact for customers throughout their purchasing journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  3. CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  4. Sales Support: Assist in preparing and processing quotes, orders, and other sales documentation.
  5. Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the team to support internal processes and ensure seamless customer service.
  6. General Administrative Tasks: Support the team with organizational tasks and documentation related to sales and customer management.

What We're Looking For

  1. Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales environment).
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  6. Ability to work independently in an office-based environment.
  7. US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident (due to the nature of some of our customers).
