Streamline is an enterprise finance technology company that enables lenders to enhance origination quality and capture more volume by connecting underwriting guidelines to dealers in real-time. The company was incubated at the West Herr Automotive Group and is expanding nationwide with lender partners. 

Job Overview  

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Technical QA Analyst who thrives on problem-solving and quality assurance. In the short term, you will partner with our development teams to replicate and troubleshoot bugs, validate that our platform meets each lender’s program requirements, and analyze decision data to fuel our continuous improvement. As you develop your expertise, this role offers the potential to evolve into a leadership position—as our QA or Product Lead. 

Key Responsibilities  

Quality Assurance & Testing: 

• Collaborate with development teams to replicate and resolve bugs reported by both internal teams and end users. 
• Ensure our product consistently performs to the highest standards and adheres to the specific requirements of each lender’s program. 

Data Analysis & Reporting: 

• Dive into decision data to extract actionable insights that drive product enhancements and operational improvements. 
• Create clear, detailed reports that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 

Documentation & Process Development: 

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for QA procedures, testing protocols, and business processes. 
• Help shape and refine our operational workflows in a company that values precision and continuous improvement. 

Growth & Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

• Work side by side with product, development, and operations teams in a collaborative, high-energy environment. 
• Demonstrate the drive and adaptability necessary to grow into a future leadership role. 

What We’re Looking For  

• 3+ years of experience in QA, business analysis, or a related field, with a knack for replicating issues and solving complex problems. 
• Strong analytical skills paired with a detail-oriented mindset. 
• Experience with SaaS products and agile methodologies. 
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. 
• A passion for quality and the determination to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced startup environment.
